Infrastructure Supporting Plate Production from Slab to Final Inspection
The plate manufacturing flow adds dedicated slab preparation, plate rolling, leveling, cutting and quality verification capabilities to support stainless steel and specialty alloy plates, including the 4 mm to 40 mm thickness range.

PLATE LEVELING & CUTTING FACILITY
Leveling supports plate flatness before final sizing. Cutting and edge preparation can be aligned to required dimensions using suitable shearing, plasma, saw or other approved cutting processes.

SLAB CASTING & PREPARATION
Slabs are cast and prepared for downstream rolling, with attention to material integrity, surface condition and suitability for the required plate grade and thickness.

PLATE ROLLING MILL
Heavy-duty plate rolling reduces and forms slabs to the required plate thickness and dimensions while supporting thickness uniformity and controlled shape.

QUALITY TESTING & INSPECTION
Quality verification supports material and order compliance through chemical, mechanical, dimensional and surface checks. PMI/OES, ultrasonic, tensile and hardness testing can be applied as required by grade, standard and order specification.
