Hexagonal Bright Bars are precision-finished steel bars with a consistent six-sided profile, clean surfaces and controlled dimensional accuracy. Their geometry supports reliable machining and repeatable component production where accurate across-flats dimensions and dependable fit are important.
Available in selected carbon, free-cutting, alloy and stainless steels, along with duplex and high-nickel alloy options, these bars can be supplied in standard or customized sizes and lengths. They are well suited for the production of nuts, valves, hose ends, fasteners, hex bolts and other precision-engineered parts.
Supply options can be aligned with the required grade, across-flats size, length, tolerance, surface finish, heat treatment, quantity and end-use application, subject to final technical and commercial confirmation.
